What you buy

Prices and payment

Delivery
Right after payment you're taken to a page where you can download the PDF. The download link works once; after the first download it stays open for 15 minutes, in case the download fails, and then closes. If you gave an email address, the PDF is also sent to you as an attachment.
Your right to cancel
Scores are digital content delivered immediately. When you buy, you ask for delivery straight away and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. Before you download, you can still cancel: write to hello@pianoarranges.com with your order number.
If something is wrong with a file
If a PDF is damaged, incomplete or not what the score page described, write to hello@pianoarranges.com with your order number. You'll get a corrected file or your money back.
